A confirmation popup will appear to confirm that you want to leave the workspace. To leave, or un-join, a workspace, find and select the "Leave Workspace" button in the upper right hand corner of the Workspace banner. The process of copying the files to your workspace begins. Moderators monitor a workspace and can invite other participants as well as edit posts.Ģ. Co-owners have most of the functions of an owner and can be assigned via the Participants list using the "Manage" buttonģ. The creator of the workspace is the owner.Ģ. The Workspace creator/owner must change this setting in order for a user to find it in the list or in search or send out an invitation (to a confirmed user).ġ. If a workspace is going to have over 100 participants and they are related to a particular section, then eligibility codes can be used to restrict entry. For most workspaces, using Invitation-only or Ask-to-join can limit which users join your workspace. Note 1: There is a fourth option for controlling who is part of your workspace. Users can also ask-to-join if that model is selected by the owner. When selected, 3 invitation options will appear including the NEW COPY URL to send via an email or chat. Users can be invited at any time by selecting the Invitation tab on located on the top banner of the workspace.
